He is survived by: his children, Amy Rice of Georgetown, KY, John Allen Tudor (Tona) of Harrodsburg, KY, Janet Decker of Harrodsburg, KY, Jeff Tudor of Flemingsburg, KY, Jeremy Decker of Georgetown, KY and Susan Voris (Clint) of Lancaster, KY.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
