She was predeceased by: her parents, Inman Slaven and Laura Slaven; her children, Judy Lynn Shelton and Ronnie Slaven; her great grandchild Charles Zachary; and her siblings, Ken Slaven, Doris Freeman and Glenna Freeman.
She is survived by: her son Gary Sumner (Lora) of Pine Knot; her grandchildren, Candy Wilson (Doug) of Nicholasville and Jarrod Sumner (Rebecca) of Somerset; her great grandchildren, Jacob Messer (Tayler), Ashley McClure (Austin), Jaisa Wilson (Bo), Nattie, Jae Wilson, Jase Sumner and Amelia Sumner; and her grandchildren, Ayva Kate and Ella Kent. She is also survived by numerous close friends and family.
