She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cotner and Opal Cotner; her brothers, Robert Cotner (Bonnie), Billy D. Cotner and Kenny Cotner; and her parents-in-law, Patsy Leach and Ronald Flick.
She is survived by: her husband Rick Flick; her daughter Lindsay Nelson (Mike); her granddaughters, Sara Nelson and Jennifer Nelson; her siblings, Lana Brear (Larry), Murrell Cotner (Ginny), Darryl Cotner (Patty) and James Cotner (Joy); her mother-in-law Mary Jane Flick; her siblings-in-law, Florence Cotner, Shelly Humphrey (Gary), Brenda Blanco, Teresa Simpson (Gary), Stacy Rose (Steve), Joany Flynn, Jennifer Bigler (Mike), Andrea Easley (Tom) and Ronnie Flick Jr. (Erin); her nieces and nephews, Robert Cotner Jr., Randy Cotner, Bruce Cotner, William Cotner, Barbara Northway, Danny Brear, Melissa Norwood, Cheryl Bailey, Chris Cotner, Carrie Wentworth, Jennifer Cotner and Jason Cotner; and her pets, Snickers, Romeo and Jack.
