He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Clay and Ada Whitaker Wills of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.; his son David Lloyd Wills (Anne) of Mt. Sterling; and his great grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Groves and Naomi Grace Costanzo.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean Sexton Wills; his children, Lenora Jean Wills Costanzo (Kelly Davis) of Richmond, Kentucky, Philip Andrew Wills (Cynthia) of Nashville, Tennessee and Robert Scott Wills (Nedra) of Lexington, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Amy Elizabeth Wills Wilson (David Donahue), Tiffany Nicole Wills Groves (Ashley), Michael Anthony Costanzo (Jenn), Joseph Alan Costanzo (Kat), Matthew Thomas Wills (Amiee), Lisa Marie Costanzo Zembrodt (Paul), Whitney Leigh Wills Richardson (Michael), Abby Rachelle Wills Thompson (Daniel), Daniel Alexander Costanzo (Rebecca), Jennifer Lynn Costanzo Upchurch (Chris), Shelby Alane Wills Jarema (Kyle), Timothy James Wills (Shelby) and Jessica Lynn Wills; and his siblings, Charles Henry Wills (Marleen) of Mt. Sterling, Anna Ruth Wills (Earl Newkirk) of Mt. Sterling and John Knox Wills (Patricia) of Owingsville, KY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel (345 E Lexington St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery (6980 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
