He is survived by: his wife Ruby Isaacs Adams of Lancaster; his children, Robert Wayne Adams (Brandy) of Lancaster, Teresa Gail Cheek (Josh) of Lancaster, Robin Lynn Adams (Bucky) of Lancaster and Lisa Ann Shoemaker of Lancaster; his siblings, Bobby Adams of Lancaster, Milton "Snookie" Adams (Jennifer) of Lincoln County and Julia Moore (Mike) of Lincoln County; his grandchildren, Joseph, Dustin, Jacob, Caleb, Ashton, Jeremy, Justin, Caden, Ke'mari, Judy, John and Blanton; and his great grandchildren, Dustin, Jacey, Lucas and McKenzie.
Public visitation will be held from 5:00PM-8:00PM Tuesday, June 09, 2020 at the funeral home, due to Covid-19 hand sanitizer and mask will be available.
