She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Johnson; her parents, Herbert Kinnaird Boyd and Irene Harris Young Boyd; her siblings, James Boyd, Sr., Daniel Boyd, Louise Tutterow, Beulah Foster and Allene Sargent; and her granddaughter Emilee Bowman.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Douglas Johnson (Laura) of Nicholasville, Jackie Lynn Johnson (Teresa) of Nicholasville, Debra Ann Rhineheimer of Nicholasville, Ronnie Dale Johnson of Stanford, Gary Dean Johnson of Lancaster, Steven Johnson of Lancaster and Lisa Gayle Bowman of Harrodsburg; and her siblings, Kinnaird Boyd of Stanford, Wesley Boyd of Danville, Wayne Boyd of Danville and Harold Boyd of Danville. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren & six great-great-grandchildren.
