He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Burge Hall; his children, Tammy Hall of Ivel and Blake Robinson of Pikeville, KY; his stepchildren, John Teater of Nicholasville and Stephanie Walters of Nicholasville; his siblings, Bonnie Starcher of Elkhart, LaVonnia Bush (Greg) of Lancaster, KY, James Hall (Sue) of Flemingsburg, KY, Roy Hall (Jackie) of Holly Bush, KY, Gary Hall of Elkhart, IN and Gurnies Hall of Pikeville, KY; and his brothers-in-law, James Burge of Nicholasville, KY and Michael Houp of Crab Orchard, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
