He is survived by: his wife Susan Hopkins; his children, Michael David Lokken-Hopkins and Angela Dawn Sippel (Christopher); his stepchildren, Angela O'Connor (Dan Bohr), Timothy Polashek (Roseann), Matthew Polashek (Charity) and Nicholas Polashek; and his brothers, Lawrence Hopkins (Debbie), Charles Hopkins (Pauline), Geoffrey Hopkins (Gail), George Hopkins (Cindy) and John Hopkins (Pam). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
