He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wardrip; his sons, Ronald Wardrip of Lancaster, Jeff Carey (Patricia) of Lancaster and Greg Carey (Wendy) of Frankfort; his sister Sarah Evelyn Brown (Lewis) of Danville; his grandchildren, Leanna Miller (Tim), Brandi Bramblett, Jennifer Caldwell, Sarah Senn and Katie Carey; and his great grandchildren, Spencer Isaacs, Rowan Wardrip, Olivia Wardrip, Emily Miller and Riley Miller.
