He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Gholson Crutchfield and Woodford Crutchfield. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, Thomas Crutchfield (Linda) and James Crutchfield (Karen); his granddaughters, Lindsay Crutchfield and Alison Crutchfield; and his stepgrandson Ryan Hill.
