He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Luehrte and Catherine Von Luehrte; his wife Wilma Von Luehrte; and his brothers, Robert, Eugene, Jack and Richard Von Luehrte.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amie Wells (Greg) and Becki Von Luehrte; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Abigail, Ben, Kate and Eli. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.
