He is survived by: his wife Lois Moore; his children, Michelle Sieber (Mark), Thomas Moore, Jr. (Susan), Marie Nelson, Terry Moore and Kathleen Boyle (Tim); his siblings, Marie Moore Nieman, Morgan Moore and Philip Moore; and his grandchildren, Matt Nelson, Laurel, Sierra, Brooke Moore, Max, Logan and Phoebe Boyle.
