She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Schoffner and Bernadine Schoffner; her sisters, Marguerite Schroeder and Norma Jean Schoffner; her son Todd; and her son-in-law Mark Turpin.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Turpin of Erlanger and Jeff Wentworth of Dover.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to either the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
