He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Baute; and his sister Angie Hofmeyer. He is survived by: his children, Norbert Baute, Jr. (Becky), Ron Baute (Barb), Doug Baute (Rose), Jon Baute (Suzanne) and Pam Ambrosiano (Joe); and his siblings, Joe, Art Baute and Mary Lou Kordenbrock. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Pius X Church (348 Dudley Rd, Edgewood, KY 41017). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the St John's Cemetery (1 St Johns Rd, Fort Mitchell, KY 41011).
