He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Diane Wojcik (Russell) of Wilmette, IL. and John Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA; and his grandchildren, Christopher Wojcik of Austin and Samantha Wojcik of Nashville, TN..
He had served on the boards of the Public Education Foundation of Moore County and the Arts Council of Moore County.
