She was predeceased by: her husbands, William E. Ries and David H. Van Deren; her children, Robert Ries and Barbara Jones; her stepdaughter Julie Northcutt; her grandson Christopher Northcutt; and her parents, Harry R. Jones and Annabelle W. Wilson Jones.
She is survived by: her son Scott Ries (Mary); her stepdaughters, Mary Beth Belew (Terry) and Amy Kramer (Tom); and her grandchildren, Alexis, Katie, Will, Emma, Holly, Bret, Gayle, Ashley, Blair, David, Heather, Medearis and Chablis. She is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren.
