He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Gibson Cox; his children, Kevin Cox (Tonia) of Printer, KY, Dustin Cox (Brittnei) of Hager Hill, KY, Josh Cox of Hindman, KY, Aiden Cox of Ary, KY and Lana Hall (Emmett) of Lackey, KY; his grandchildren, Haley Griffith (Cody) of Prestonsburg, KY, Tyler Francis of Lackey, KY, Drake Green, Stacia Slone, Kayla Slone, Cody Castle, Cheyenne Samons and Jaden Slone; his great grandchildren, Gage Cox, Gracie Cox, Jaxon Cox, Dalton Newsome, Landon Newsome, Layla Adkins, Lillie Castle, Dante Castle and Mason Garris; and his siblings, Michael Cox (Lisa) of Morehead, Lionel Cox (Anita) of Corunna, IN, Linda, Lila Logan (Greg) of Garner, KY and Rose Hunter (Roger) of Garrett, KY. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
