He was predeceased by: his wife Georgia June Coleman Stephens; his parents, Millard Wicker and Gypsy Wicker; and his siblings, Danny Stephens, Clayborn Stephens, Carol Ann Rowland and Fannie Stephens.
He is survived by: his daughter Misty Moore (David) of Lexington, KY; and his grandchildren, Dontae Moore and Brennen Moore.
