He is survived by: his wife Linda (Moss); his children, Tisha Lay (Scott) and Joshua Loy (Ami); his grandchildren, Shannah, Ethan Lay, Jonathan and June Loy; and his brothers, Sam (Geneva) and Joe Frank. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
