He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Smith (Martha) and Steve Smith (Theresa); and his siblings, Butch Smith (Mary Alice), Harry Dale Smith (Cindy), Martha Smith and Madlyn Golden. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
