She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Cole and Sadie Powell Cole; her daughter Vonya Roberts; and her siblings, Patsy Tipton and Tommy Cole.

She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Roberts (Susan) and Shawna Cassity (Jack); her grandchildren, Benjamin Meffert (Ciara), Taylor Cassity (Rosie), Tristan Roberts and Abi Roberts; her great grandchildren, Theo and Lily Cassity; and her sisters, Janice Funk, Debbie Pollard and Thelma Jean Wakefield.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Humane Society of Oldham County and the American Cancer Society.
