He is survived by: his mother Barbara Riley; his friend Ballardsville Baptist Church; his wife Pam Billings; his daughters, Stephanie Elliott (Del) and Marie Billings (Jeff Adams); his siblings, Joe Billings (Doris), Roger Billings (Rose), Elizabeth Edens (Doug) and Frances Decker; and his grandchildren, Evelyn, Katherine and Nathan Elliott.
