With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Fulton (La Grange, Kentucky), who passed away on December 10, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilton Higgs and Sue Higgs; her husband Roy Fulton; her daughter Ashley Fulton; and her siblings, Cathy Butcher, Pam Taylor and Ronnie Higgs.
