He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kinser and Lillian Kinser (Blair); and his brothers, Vince, Donald, Mike and Pat Kinser.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Kinser; his children, Lori Shaffer (Bryden), Sarah MacVoy (Ryan) and Philip Kinser; and his siblings, Dutch (Dot), Johnny (Barbara), Koss (Mary Jane), Bobby (Bonnie), Mary Jane Miller, Joyce Carpenter (Don) and Larry Kinser (Cheryl).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association, HighPoint Charitable Services or the American Diabetes Association.
