He is survived by: his wife Regina Minor Cappadonia; his children, Philip Jay Cappadonia (Becky), Kimberli Rappleye (Dale), Michele Rasner (Juan) and Ann Marie Chace (Mark); and his sisters, Mary Ann Fuller and Diane Walton (Larry). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
