He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Sue Cook; and his parents, Oscar Earl Cook Jr. and Ethel Jenette Cook. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Cook (Donald) and Gregory Cook; and his grandchildren, Courtney Dunaway (Jason), Brittany Smith, Brandi Brown (Jonathan) and Brandon Cook (Brandee). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
