He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Claggett and Martha Higgs Claggett; and his son Levi McCandless. He is survived by: his fiancée Tina Cotten; his children, Matt Claggett, Brooke Asher (Billy) and Kim Elmore (Scott); his daughter-in-law Ashleigh McCandless; his grandchildren, Savanna, Keira, Andy, Aaliyah, Noah, Jonah, Isaiah, Lauren, Ella, Max, Lilly and Eva; his siblings, Jim Claggett (Ann), Tom Claggett (Sandy) and Brenda Jones (Ed); and his pets, KittyCat Cotten and Minnie.
