He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Walters and Betty Walters. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Walters; his children, Christopher Walters of Odenton, Jennifer Walters of Lakewood and Timothy Walters of Chicago, Illinois; his stepchildren, Lee Kaiser (Alethea) of La Grange and Chris Kaiser (Amy) of Milton, Wisconsin; and his stepgrandchildren, Connor, Annie Stenson, Maggie, Ellie, Luke and Tate Kaiser.
