He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elsie Carter (Barr) and John Max Carter; his brother John Lance Carter; his daughter Carson Elizabeth Carter; his sister Jessica Carter Iovenko; his nephew Ezra Iovenko; his sister-in-law Cathy Carter; and his pets, Smurfy and Deebo.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home (706 W Jefferson St, La Grange, KY 40031). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
