She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlus Clubb and Christine Rutledge Clubb; her husbands, Owen Tapp Jr. and Bill Cole; and her brother Boyd Clubb.

She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Klingenfus (Jeffrey), Reva Roeder and Janet Cornett (Doug); her grandchildren, Jacob Klingenfus (Kristin), Mamie Heveline (Jory), Kelsey Birdwhistell (Tyler), Stacie Edelen (John), Karma Roeder, Jonathon Roeder and Megan Sturgeon (Michael); and her brother Paul Clubb (Lucie).

Due to current COVID restrictions in the state of KY all services are private, but please join the streamed service through the funeral homes website.
