She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Barnett and Minnie Pearl Barnett; her husband Thomas Hicks; and her daughter Jackie Florence. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Bell (Scott), Michael Edens (Sheila) and Jennifer "Jill" Hicks; and her siblings, Kay Stansberry (Todd), Fay Jewell and Tommy Barnett (Thelma). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
