She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora O'Dell and Margaret Frances Ingram (Martin); her husband Tip Collins; her granddaughter Crysti Colley; and her siblings, Donald Ingram, Bobby Ingram, Chuckie Mesker, Roger "Bucky" Ingram and Michael Ingram.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Collins (Angie), Larry Collins (Laurel) and Jeff Collins; her grandchildren, Tiffany (Tobias), Matthew (Shelbi), Erin (Dan) and Adam; and her siblings, Judy Clark, Betty Jo Torshani, Jimmy Ingram, Peggy Ingram and Timmy Ingram.
Memorial donations can be made to Buckner Christian Church or Cedar Lake Lodge in Lucy's memory.
