She is survived by: her husband Bill Payne; her children, Toni Hagar (Charles), Dennis Payne (Janice) and Bill Payne Jr. (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Nadine Hager, Roseann Hager, Sarah Payne, Michael Mathesius (Laura), Matthew Mathesius (Lisa), Gregory Mathesius (Rena) and Zachary Payne (Cassie); her great grandchildren, Skyler, Hailey, Makayla, Grayson, Nicole, Matthew Jr., Noah, Addison, David and Kaylee; and her siblings, Charles Arnett and Dora Brower.

Memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in Lilly's name.
