He was predeceased by: his father Clayton Eugene Billings; and his brother Theodore Allen Billings. He is survived by: his wife Doris Kelley Billings; his son Christopher Clayton Billings; his mother Barbara Riley; his siblings, Roger Billings (Rose), Elizabeth Edens (Douglas) and Frances Decker; and his aunts, Rosalie Ashey and Nancy Chilton (Ashley). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
