He was predeceased by: his grandson Carroll Dean Annis Jr.; and his son-in-law Robert Vories. He is survived by: his wife Reva Barrickman Annis; his children, Carroll Dean Annis (Lisa) and Barbara Vories; his grandchildren, Angela Annis, Megan Vories, Stacy Annis and Jaida Annis; his great grandchildren, Devin, Jaeline, Chloe, Angel, Chelsey, Olivia, Whitney, Tristan and Eastan; and his sisters, Helen and Martha.
