He was predeceased by: his parents, John Duward and Lela Ada Dickenson Foote; and his wife Pauline Foote. He is survived by: his children, John Paul Foote and Tammy Foote; and his siblings, Martha Fales of Rockville, MD and Victor Foote of Pikeville, KY.
