He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Kammer and Florence Kammer; his wife Carol J. Kammer; his sister Jeanne; and his siblings-in-law, George Truax and Ann Marie Kammer.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Bohannon (Kenneth), John J. Kammer (Adrienne), Jim Kammer (Kim) and Jeff Kammer (Julie); his grandchildren, Jenny (Jason), Jackie (Beiqi), Taylor (Shane), Noah, Caroline, Charlie, Blake, Rachael, Taryn, Ashton and Brennan; and his brothers, Bill, Bob (Carol) and Dick Kammer (Gail).
Memorial donations can be made in Jack's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
