He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Young Stice; his sons, James Andrew Stice (Angela) of Maysville and John Garrett Stice of Louisville; his brother Stephen Stice (Rita) of Camden, OH; and his grandsons, Tyler William Stice and Owen James Stice of Maysville, KY.
