He is survived by: his wife Judy Mae Ashcraft Morgan; his children, Kim Perez (Boni), Natalie Morgan, Roy Ashcraft (Sandra), Terry Phillips Jr., Kevin Ray Phillips (Michelle), Marie Thompson (Kevin), Justin Morgan, James Morgan and Joseph Morgan; his sister Terry Jankowski (Rich); and his sisters-in-law, Hope Kerr and Betty Aaron.
