He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Knudsen Albertsen and Eva Albertsen (Kemp); his wife Joyce; his brother Norman Albertsen; his son Eric Albertsen; and his son-in-law Rick Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristin Johnson; his stepchildren, Stuart Robertson (Lisa) and Julie McDearman; his grandchildren, Gus Albertsen, Megan Tippett (Peyton), Kyle Johnson, Andrew Johnson, Natalie Scheck (Tyler), Ellie McDearman and Chris McDearman; his great grandchild Addison Tippett; and his daughter-in-law Martha Degasis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
