Hillary is survived by: wife Jean Riggs; sons, Doug Riggs (Davonna) and Jeff Riggs (Janet); grandchildren, Travis (Jaime), Kyle Riggs and Audrey Riggs; great grandchildren, Tucker Riggs, Nolan Riggs, Everett Riggs, Luka Riggs and Sawyer Riggs; and brothers, Kenton Riggs (Rita), Marion Riggs, Jesse Riggs (Maureen) and Danny Riggs (Doris).
