She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Lukas and Mildred Lukas; her husband Robert "Bob" Martinko; her children, Valerie Smith-Martinko (Nicholas Smith), Brian Martinko and Daniel Martinko (Julia); her grandchildren, Kaylee Melvin, Melonica Smith, Whittaker Smith and Elias Martinko; her sister Kathleen Lukas Rosenberg; and her nephew Jason Rosenberg.
Memorial donations can be made in Gail's name to American Cancer Society.
