He is survived by: his children, Frank Allen Richardson, Donna Marie Collins (David), Diane Lynne Spiotta (Mark) and James David Richardson (Lisa); and his former wife Donna M. Raasch. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
