He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis George Harkins Sr. and Beatrice Oliveira Harkins; and his daughter Charlotte Harkins. He is survived by: his wife Angela Feldman-Harkins; his grandchildren, Haley Moran, Jessica Peery-Evans (Wayne Evans), Molly Little, Kayleanna Harkins, Makenzie Harkins, Alexander Harkins and Hadley Strotman; and his brother Paul Harkins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A prayer was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home (706 W Jefferson St, La Grange, KY 40031). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (502 N 5th Ave, La Grange, KY 40031).
