She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Henry and Anna Louden Thomas; and her siblings, Betsy Thomas Saunders, Ronald Thomas, Donnie Thomas, Elmo Thomas, David Thomas and Norman Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband James Lewis; her children, Michael Lewis, Mark Lewis (Angela), Kathy Lewis, Kimberly Blackburn and Karen Horton (Will); her nieces, Jackie Kelso (Eric) and Anna Saunders; her adoptive daughter Sarah Sexton; her grandchildren, Travis Lewis, Derrick Lewis (Lauren), Lilltoyria Petrie (Daniel), James Michael Lewis, Quentin Martin, Marcus Harris, Isaiah Martin, Ryann Horton, Brookelynn Horton, Thomas Blackburn, Kaylee Blackburn, Aleayah Blackburn, Jerica Kelso, EJ Kelso, Alex Saunders, Taylor Sexton and Elizabeth Sexton; her siblings, William "Billy" Thomas (Jenny), Patricia Mosby and Kathleen Cursh-Gray; and her sister-in-law Rose Thomas.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Covenant Church (909 W Jefferson St, La Grange, KY 40031). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Eminence Cemetery.
