She is survived by: her husband Michael Edward Perkins; her daughter Sydney Michel Perkins; her father James R. King; and her brother Richard Lee King. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial contributions may go to the Kentucky Humane Society and American Heart Foundation.
