We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2022, at the age of 97, Dorothy Jean Taylor (La Grange, Kentucky), born in Frankfort, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Derossett and Georgia Derossett; her husband John "Bob" Taylor; her daughter Roberta Taylor Butrum; and her siblings, Louis Derossett and Ellen Carol Terrell.

She is survived by: her children, Thelma Smith, Georgeanna Jackson and David Taylor (Tammy); and her son-in-law Lee Butrum. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations can be made to Cedar Lake Lodge in Dorothy's name.
