She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie and Fannie (Reams); and her husband William C. "Bill" LeFan. She is survived by: her children, Debra "Fifi" LeFan and Bruce LeFan (DeAnna); her grandchildren, Laura Ball (Brian), Johnathan LeFan (Lauren) and Caroline Stewart (Ryan); and her sisters, Shirley Tubbs and Sandra Travis.
Memorial donations can be made in Doris' name to Hospice of Louisville.
