He was predeceased by: his wife Katheryn Snavely Tuggle; his son Anthony Tuggle; and his parents, Addie Tuggle and Maymie Tuggle. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherrye Beckett (Tim) and Terri Thompson (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Tamara Beckett (Alain), Traci Skaris (John), Kati Hereford and Stephen Hereford (Chelsea); his great grandchildren, Ella, Aiden, Reagan and Hazel; and his siblings, Darrell Tuggle (Betty Sue), Reda Denny (Murrell), Eugene Tuggle, Lula Coffey, Arvis Tuggle, Betty Perdue, Roy Lee Tuggle, Bernice Watson and Carlos Tuggle.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Westport Road Baptist Church (9705 Westport Rd, Louisville, KY 40241). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
