He is survived by: his wife Jean Bush; his daughters, Charlene Simmons and Dianna Cox; his grandchildren, Angela Dugan (Jack), Tiffany Dykstra (Michael) and Michael Bush (Melissa); and his great grandchildren, Zachary, Trevor, Phillip, Victoria, Jacob and Nathan.
